Homecoming!

Did you know that homecoming was this past weekend? Well it was, and I would have to say it was pretty good. There was a lot of hard work that went into putting homecoming on this year, I know first hand because I was one of the main people who planned the whole week and the dance. Homecoming week started off on Wednesday with Hippie Day, and at night was Class Night. Seniors won class night which was great. Thursday was Character Day, where everyone was supposed to dress as their favorite character from a book, movie, or TV show. Thursday night was the Bonfire Pep Rally, where we all came out and had a bonfire and the football team was introduced, then they burned a mascot that we created, of the team they were to play Friday night. On Friday, of course was Spirit Day where we dressed in blue and gold. Friday night was the homecoming game and the announcing and crowning of the 2009 Homecoming Court. Saturday was the dance, the theme was Woodstock revisited. It was a great homecoming week and its weird to think that that was my last homecoming at Bayshore. Thanks to everyone who helped make Spirit Week and Homecoming Great!!!!!
